Meet Lee Smith
From a building family, I became an award-winning cathedral stonemason, and am currently experienced in a range of small building works including: flooring, fencing, boarding out lofts, kitchen refurbishment, tiling, decking, painting and decorating, repairing church walls and steps, patios, log cabin and shed construction, garden landscaping, garden drainage, and much more!
As a former youthworker and mental health nurse, I appreciate the importance of honesty, clear communication, and reliability. Most of my clients choose me for this reason. Fully DBS checked.

My office above the garage is now no longer freezing in winter thanks to Lee - he insulated the void below the floor, fitted a new laminate floor, painted and decorated, and replaced the light fitting ... all to a very high standard. I highly recommend him!

I wanted a new kitchen but it would cost a fortune, so I asked Lee to refurbish it instead. He installed new worktops, a new sink, re-tiled the walls, painted, replaced the old light fittings, and refurbished the tile floor. The kitchen looks fantastic, and Lee gave great advice as well. Thank you!

As someone living on their own, it can be difficult getting someone to do all those jobs. Lee has always been reliable, punctual and trustworthy. Can be left in the house with a key to carry out the work. Will provide advice. No job too small. Would definitely recommend him for both big and small jobs.
